My practice offers psychotherapy/psychiatric social work, specialty consultation, and training for individuals, groups, and agencies surrounding topics as trauma informed mental health care, complex trauma, dissociation, and BIPOC representation in decolonized mental health service delivery.

I provide unique and individualized psychotherapy for kids 5 and up, adolescents, and adults informed by family systems, attachment, culture/acculturation stress, and interpersonal neurobiology

Ethnic Minority Mental Health consults
I am a WA state approved supervisor and active in the professional social work community to address continued learning and clinical skill development as well as processing for all levels of mental health practitioners with emphasis on clinical implications for treating populations of color, dissociation, and the impact of developmental and intergenerational trauma.
Trainings
I have developed a series of 1, 3 and 6 hour workshops to address the historical implications primarily Westernized construction of effective mental health treatment models for use by agencies and LMHC(A)s, LMFT(A)s, LICSW/LSWAICs, and psychologists
